  • Can I book without knowing my exact flight times?

    Yes, you can book online without knowing your final flight times. As soon as you have them, contact us by telephone and we will update your booking.
  • Will I receive confirmation of my booking?

    Yes, as soon as your payment has been validated, you will receive an e-mail confirming your arrival at the car park.
  • Can I change or cancel my booking?

    For any changes, please contact us by telephone and we will adjust your booking. In the event of cancellation : If you have taken out cancellation insurance, you will receive a full refund. Without cancellation insurance, please contact us for specific conditions.
  • Is online payment secure?

    Our booking platform uses BPO secure payment. As soon as your booking has been confirmed, you will receive immediate confirmation by email.
  • What should I do if the car park is full?

    To be sure of obtaining a space, remember to book before 6pm the day before your departure. If the car park is shown as full on our website, you can leave your email address and telephone number using the form provided, or contact our customer service department directly. We will then check for you whether there is any other availability.
  • What times should I indicate when booking?

    On the outward journey: specify the time at which you wish to return your vehicle, rather than the flight departure time. On the return journey: indicate the scheduled arrival time of your flight or train. Don't forget to enter your flight number, so that we can track your actual arrival time.
  • Is the shuttle service free?

    The shuttle service is free for up to 4 passengers with a reservation, with nothing extra to pay. A supplement of €5 is charged from the 5th passenger onwards.
  • How can I recommend someone I know?

    Log on to your customer area in the "My recommendations" section. There you'll find a special code to pass on to your friends and family. When they book, they simply need to enter this code in the field provided for promotional codes, at the time of payment.
  • How do I get my invoice?

    You can download your invoice by accessing your customer account in the "My bookings" section, then clicking on "Invoice". You have the option of leaving your invoice in your personal name or issuing it in the name of your company with the SIRET number, particularly for business trips.
  • Why do your prices fluctuate regularly?

    Just like the airlines, our prices vary according to a number of factors, such as how far in advance you book, demand during peak periods and available car park capacity. To get the best possible price, book as early as possible.
  • Do you offer sliding scale tariffs?

    Yes, the longer you park, the lower the daily cost, which can mean big reductions depending on the location you choose.
