  • Can I book without knowing my exact flight times?

    Yes, you can book online without knowing your final flight times. As soon as you have them, contact us by telephone and we will update your booking.
  • Will I receive confirmation of my booking?

    Yes, as soon as your payment has been validated, you will receive an e-mail confirming your arrival at the car park.
  • Can I change or cancel my booking?

    For any changes, please contact us by telephone and we will adjust your booking. In the event of cancellation : If you have taken out cancellation insurance, you will receive a full refund. Without cancellation insurance, please contact us for specific conditions.
  • Is online payment secure?

    Our booking platform uses BPO secure payment. As soon as your booking has been confirmed, you will receive immediate confirmation by email.
  • What should I do if the car park is full?

    To be sure of obtaining a space, remember to book before 6pm the day before your departure. If the car park is shown as full on our website, you can leave your email address and telephone number using the form provided, or contact our customer service department directly. We will then check for you whether there is any other availability.
  • What times should I indicate when booking?

    On the outward journey: specify the time at which you wish to return your vehicle, rather than the flight departure time. On the return journey: indicate the scheduled arrival time of your flight or train. Don't forget to enter your flight number, so that we can track your actual arrival time.

  • Where is Solution Parking located in Lyon?

    Our car park is located at 1 Imp. de la Chapelle, 69720 Saint-Laurent-de-Mure, right next to Lyon Saint-Exupéry airport. We are an independent car park and are not affiliated to Lyon Saint-Exupéry airport.
  • What are your working hours?

    We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  • Should I report a delay to my flight?

    Yes, it's essential to let us know in advance, even if we're already keeping a close eye on flight schedules.
  • How do I find my shuttle on the day of pick-up?

    Your shuttle will be waiting for you at the location indicated in the communications sent by email and SMS after your payment, as well as the day before or the day of your departure. To guarantee the presence of the shuttle, please confirm your arrival at the meeting point as soon as possible, either via the mobile application, by text message, or by calling the car park directly 15 minutes before your arrival.
  • What types of vehicle do you accept?

    We generally take all conventional vehicles, but not motorhomes or large commercial vehicles such as L2/H2, L3, H3, etc.

  • How do I get to the car park?

    After booking online, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. On the day of your departure, come to our address: 1 Imp. de la Chapelle, 69720 Saint-Laurent-de-Mure. Show your confirmation to the staff, who will tell you where to park and how to catch the shuttle. You will park your vehicle in the reserved area and the shuttle will take you to your departure terminal at Lyon Saint-Exupéry airport. During your absence, your keys will be kept in a secure room.
  • How does the shuttle service work?

    Our shuttle service operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, all year round. When you arrive at the car park, our shuttle will drop you off at the airport's professional car park. Departures from our car park to Lyon Saint-Exupéry airport take place at 00 and 30 every hour. For your return, once you have collected your luggage, contact our shuttle by telephone. Returns from the airport to the car park take place at h15 and h45 each hour. The shuttle will pick you up at the meeting point at one of these fixed times to take you back to the car park.
  • Why do I have to leave my keys?

    Your vehicle remains in our secure compound at all times. Your keys will be stored in a highly secure room. We only move vehicles within the car park. They do not leave the enclosure, but are moved between the arrival and departure areas to make it easier for you to pick them up on your return.

  • Where will my vehicle be parked while I'm away?

    Your vehicle will be parked in a secure, gated, access-controlled private car park. The vehicle will never leave the car park during your stay, and the keys will be kept in a secure safe throughout this period.

  • Is the shuttle service free?

    The shuttle service is free for up to 4 passengers with a reservation, with nothing extra to pay. A supplement of €5 is charged from the 5th passenger onwards.
  • How can I recommend someone I know?

    Log on to your customer area in the "My recommendations" section. There you'll find a special code to pass on to your friends and family. When they book, they simply need to enter this code in the field provided for promotional codes, at the time of payment.
  • How do I get my invoice?

    You can download your invoice by accessing your customer account in the "My bookings" section, then clicking on "Invoice". You have the option of leaving your invoice in your personal name or issuing it in the name of your company with the SIRET number, particularly for business trips.
  • Why do your prices fluctuate regularly?

    Just like the airlines, our prices vary according to a number of factors, such as how far in advance you book, demand during peak periods and available car park capacity. To get the best possible price, book as early as possible.
